I coach women in leadership at the London School of Economics. I’ve coached over a thousand women founders across Europe. I coach executives in the Middle East and Latin America. I’m an EMCC-certified practitioner, a certified Kolbe consultant, and a TEDx speaker.

And I’ve spent thousands of pounds on my own coaching. I don’t teach this from theory. I’ve sat in the client’s chair, and I know exactly what good coaching does, because it did it for me.

Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Creole, Rosalie brings a unique cultural intelligence to her work, enabling powerful leadership transformations. Ros traces her entrepreneurial spirit back to her childhood days in Puerto Rico. At the age of eight, she harnessed the potential of a mango tree in her parents’ backyard, selling the ripe fruits to neighbours for 10 cents each. This early venture, coupled with her mom’s support, kindled the dream of becoming a businesswoman.

Even as a child, Rosalie recognized the importance of tools for business success. Beyond her entrepreneurial aspirations, Rosalie’s love for sharing knowledge and encouragement has been her “reason for doing”.

 Her experiences in Haiti further fuelled her passion for education, witnessing first-hand how knowledge and insights can profoundly impact lives.
